Key Epocoat Chip/Flake

A 90-125 mils thick self-leveling moisture vapor control system utilizing Key Epocoat technology, a unique water-based epoxy which allows the contractor to install polymer resin floor systems and other moisture sensitive floor coverings on new concrete (5 days old) or any concrete substrate emitting excessive moisture vapor without fear of moisture related blistering or delamination.

Key Urecon Chip/Flake #100
A 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch moisture vapor tolerant polymer flooring system consisting of a urethane cement mortar base and decorative colored chip/flake broadcast finish. Key Urecon Chip/Flake 100 is finished with clear catalyst-cured coats of resin. The installed system reduces porosity and produces a dense, skid-inhibiting sanitary finish that minimizes bacterial growth and chemical penetration.

A 100% reactive, rapidly curing methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring system. This highly decorative system is composed of 100% MMA resin, decorative vinyl chips and clear, UV resistant MMA top coats. Installed thickness is 1/16 inch to 1/4 inch depending on intended service and project requirements.

A nominal 1/8 inch to 3/16 inch resilient polymer flooring system consisting of a flexible epoxy or urethane resin base coat, resilient epoxy body coat, and a polyaspartic or urethane receiving coat broadcast with decorative colored chips/. Key Lastic Chip 100 is finished with clear catalyst-cured coats of resin. The installed system produces a dense, sanitary finish designed to provide acoustical quietness and comfort under foot while minimizing bacterial growth and chemical penetration.

Key Quartz Chip/Flake
A nominal 90 mil polymer flooring system consisting of an epoxy or urethane resin primer coat reinforced with colored quartz aggregate, a polyaspartic base coat broadcasted with decorative colored chips/flakes, and a clear polyaspartic sealer. The installed system reduces porosity and produces a dense, sanitary finish that minimizes bacterial growth and chemical penetration. The finish can be made non-slip resistant as required for wet areas.
